Structural Analysis of Conceptual Rocsat-2 Satellite

中華衛星二號概念設計之結構分析

摘要


我國第二顆人造衛星,中華衛星二號,結構次系統乃由行政院國家太空計畫室籌備處負責研製-含設計、分析、製造、整合及測試驗證。本文敘述在發展過程極爲重要之概念設計階段中所進行之結構分析。衛星結構之設計需求主要決定於火箭發射環境。通常,發射環境之影響需考量靜力負載、結構勁度、及其他振動。因此本文涵蓋衛星結構有限元素模型之勁度分析、動態響應分析、初步應力分析、及敏感度分析。文中對應力分析所需之外力因子的推導有詳細的描述,亦對發展過程中極具成敗關鍵之衛星/火箭耦合動力分析所扮演之角色作簡單的敘述。而動態響應分析及敏感度分析更提供決定酬載儀器設計外力因子之重要參考、並點出下一階段設計方向。

The National Space Program Office is responsible for the structure subsystem development of the nation's second satellite-Rocsat-2. The development includes all phases from design, analysis, manufacturing, integration, and test verification. This paper documents the structural analysis process in the development of a conceptual structure design. Normally, launch dynamic environments drive a satellite structure design. The design requirements include static loads, stiffness, and vibrations. This paper covers the generation of a finite element model, and the analyses performed-stiffness analysis, dynamic response analysis, preliminary stress analysis, and sensitivity analysis. Details in deriving location-dependent load factors is described, and the important role of satellite/launcher coupled loads analysis is briefly discussed. Good examples demonstrating close interactions between design and analysis is also shown in this paper: dynamic response analysis results set reference in determination of design load factors for payload instruments; sensitivity analysis results point out directions for next phase design.
