小型軸流風扇之理論模擬設計與實驗驗證

摘要


軸流風扇現已被廣泛用於移熱系統,尤其是在電腦及其週邊設備上,面對遞增的發熱量,各個移熱裝置都要求高移熱效率,風扇更爲主要移熱裝置,因此要達最佳化移熟,風扇必須經最佳化的設計。本文目的在探討風扇與流體之間的作功,藉此以瞭解風扇佳能,透過最佳化諸元設定,期使風扇效能達最大值。再以最佳化諸元建立翼型外觀,並架構整個風扇外型。以此所架構之風扇能實務用於工業界。

Today, the axial fan has been applied widely to the several heat removed devices such as CPU Cooler in the desk computer or the thermal modulus in the lap top computer. To get the optimal design of the heat-removed devices, one may need to get the optimal design of the fan first. The purpose of this study is trying to develop the relation between the flow work and the fan static pressure. Through this study, one may very easy to understand that how does the fan component elements (such as attack angle, fan blade number, blade shape etc.) affect to fan characteristic curve.
