應用變動抽樣間隔管制圖於製程能力指標C(下標 pm)之監控

The Control Chart for the Process Capability Index, C(subscript pm), with Variable Sampling Intervals

摘要


本研究應用變動抽樣間隔管制圖於製程能力指標C(下標 pm)之監控,以有效的偵測製程變動。研究發現當短抽樣間隔設定在0.1及長抽樣間隔設定在1.9時,本研究管制圖比傳統管制圖在中小幅的變動上有較好的偵測效果。本研究結果可用於出貨產品的品質監控,更可用於進貨時監控賣方製程能力,以確保進貨品質。

In this study, we constructed a control chart for C(subscript pm) with variable sampling interval. It was found that the proposed control chart are more efficiency to detect the small shift than the Shewhart-type control chart and the appropriate short and long sampling intervals are set to be 0.1 and 1.9 respectively. This control chart can be applied to the situation where a company wants to ensure the quality of the process capability of products from other company.
