中小型服務業創新品質之探索性研究

An Exploratory Study of Innovation Quality on SMEs in Service Sector

摘要


本研究發展出涵蓋產品/服務創新、流程創新與經營創新等三項衡量構面之創新品質評估模式,並以此模式評估中小型服務業創新品質水準。經由因素分析得知經營創新的關鍵因素為評估能力與領導者參與,流程創新的重要因素為制度化與創新流程,而產品/服務創新則為研發投入、商情掌握與購買因素三者,且經營創新與產品/服務創新間之相關性最高。

This research develops an innovation quality evaluation model, which consists of three facets-product/service innovation, process innovation, and business innovation, and investigates the small and medium-sized service companies. Through factor analysis, it is found out that the critical factors for the business innovation are evaluation capability and management commitment, and for the process innovation and product innovation the critical factors are management system and innovative process; research inputs, business information, and purchasing incentives correspondingly. This research also justifies that all these factors have positive yet different scale of impact on the business performance.
