隨著市場競爭日益增強,醫療產業領域也紛紛採取商業流程委外以對抗市場競爭壓力。在醫療機構中的商業流程委外供應商評選問題,除了需考量供應商決策因素,也必須考量供應商整合問題,因為醫療機構所提供的服務應該是連續且完整的,工作部門彼此協力合作提供服務予病人。因此關於評選商業流程委外供應商,其本質應為多因素多組合之決策情境。而過往的研究並無法有效分析此複雜度高的問題。因此本研究提出醫療機構供應商評選模式,以協助醫療機構快速簡易地進行委外供應商評選工作。本研究也提出規則限制式基因演算法之組合運算方法,其結合了約略集合理論與基因演算法,藉由規則分析與適應性函數設計,能產生符合醫療機構需求的委外供應商組合。
With the increase of competition in the healthcare market, the healthcare industry manager applied the business process outsourcing to against the pressure from competitors. However, these services are continuous and need working collaboratively, which involves: (1) integration between healthcare outsourcer and vendors and (2) integration between different units and functions in the healthcare industry. The situation of selecting the business process outsourcing vendors would be multi-criteria and multi-combinations decision problem. This paper developed a healthcare business process outsourcing vendor selection model, which is applied genetic algorithm incorporating the rough set theory. With the knowledge rule extracted from rough set theory, the approach could find the optimal vendors combination for the healthcare business process outsourcing.
