ANTECEDENTS OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING BEHAVIOR: A STUDY OF TEACHING WEBSITE

知識分享行為前置因素之研究:以教學網站為例

摘要


The purpose of this paper is to analyze how to improve knowledge sharing behavior on the teaching websites. This study employed trust as the foundation to investigate the effects of various factors, such as satisfaction, knowledge sharing intention, knowledge sharing self-efficacy, perceived relative advantage, and perceived compatibility, on the knowledge sharing behavior of teaching website users. This research collected and analyzed 310 samples by using the structural equation modeling. The results showed that trust had significant and positive effects on satisfaction, knowledge sharing intention, knowledge sharing self-efficacy, perceived relative advantage, and perceived compatibility, respectively. Knowledge sharing intention and perceived relative advantage had significant and positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, respectively. In addition, this study identified knowledge sharing intention as the mediating variable between satisfaction and knowledge sharing behavior and between knowledge sharing self-efficacy and knowledge sharing behavior. This study investigates the antecedents of knowledge sharing behaviors of teaching website community members and understands the reasons of teaching websites community members to share their knowledge.

如何提升知識分享行為是教學網站管理者主要的焦點,本研究以信任為出發點,透過滿意、知識分享意圖、知識分享自我效能、知覺相對優勢與知覺相容性,探討教學網站使用者知識分享行為之影響因子。經由310份問卷並採用結構方程模式進行驗證,得知信任會分別顯著正向影響滿意、知識分享意圖、知識分享自我效能、知覺相對優勢與知覺相容性。此外,知識分享意圖與知覺相對優勢會分別顯著正向影響知識分享行為。另外,本研究發現知識分享意圖分別為滿意與知識分享行為及知識分享自我效能與知識分享行為的中介變數。本研究探討的教學網站社群成員知識共享行為的前因與了解他們分享知識的理由。
