力學觀念在管理理論上之應用
The Application of Mechanics Concept in Management Theory
摘要
本文企圖運用力學觀念，特別是牛頓的力學定律，來解釋權變管理理論。力學中之運動學描述物質運動的情形，但並未說明物質運動的成因，這點牛頓第二定律及萬有重力定律卻提供了答案。管理者所面臨的是一個變動的世界，跟隨力學的方法，吾人可導出管理空間中個因素變動的運動方程式，且可找出導致各因素變動的原因或“力“。

The purpose of this paper is to explain the contingency theory by using mechanical laws, particularly Newton's law of motion.Kinetic theory tells how particles move, but it does not explain why they move; Newton's second law and law of universal gravitation prvide the answer.The management world which a manager faces is constantly changing. Following the methodology in mechanics, one may formulate some motion equations to describe how it changes and, furthermore, may find out the ”forces” or factors that cause the change.
