摘要

近年來國內公共場所及遊樂場所之意外事件，不斷地發生，其原因乃在於國人與政府，對於公共安全災難事件之保險，缺乏認知與重視。本文擬以公共意外責任險為研究主題，期望政府與企業主能對公共意外災難事件予以重視，並藉著公共意外責任險之推廣，減少公共意外災難之發生，以保障社會大眾之權益。

There are a lot of accidents occurred in the domestic public location and amusement park recently. The main reason is that the government and the public do not have enough knowledge and attention concerning the public liability insusrance. The public liability insurance not only provides the enterprise the protectin against claims arising out of bodily injury or damaged property of the public but also provides protection for the life and property of the public. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study and research the topic of public liability insurance. And we hope that the government and the enterprise can pay attention to the disaster and propagate the public liability insurance for reducing the public accidents.
