經驗效果對判斷行為影響之研究－以國軍現金內部控制判斷為例

摘要

本研究以國軍現金內部控制為主題，將經驗效果視為控制變項，採用不同經驗程度的樣本，以驗證其在判斷行為土是否存在著顯著的差異。研究過程採用部分因子設計的方式，配合歸因理論的觀點設計出研究的問卷，以探討有工作經驗的主計財務軍官，與無工作經驗的學生之間，對現金內部控制的判斷政策、判斷品質差異程度與相對的判斷正確性。結果發現［一］經驗程度的不同並不會影響判斷政策的線索選取；［二］工作經驗有助於其判斷的正確性程度提昇；及［三］經驗效果並不能提昇判斷者的判斷品質，甚至可能出現負向的影響關係。

This study explores the experience effect and its association with judgement behavior of cash internal control in militrary department. Partial factorial designed questionaire, which theoretically based on Lens Model and Attribution Theory, was used to explore judgement policy of different experience level groups and its relative judgement quality and judgement accuracy. The findings fully support the hypothetic linkage of experience effect with judgement policy, judgement quality and judgement accuracy.
