員工性別與自尊對個人-工作契合度影響之研究-以男性傳統職業為例

Employer's Gender and self-esteem to the person-job fit-an Example of Male Occupation

摘要


軍人與警察是具有男性特質的職業,過去一向由男性所獨佔。近年來,女性進入的比例逐漸增加。女性在軍警的環境中並非社會所期待的性別,因此在進入此一職業後,常被分派到屬於女性特質的工作任務。同時,因為自尊對於個人-工作契合度亦有顯著的影響效果,然而若是進入非傳統職業,是否會造成性別與自尊的交互作用對於個人-工作契合度產生影響,即為本研究的主要目的。本研究共調查103位警察,155位軍人。研究結果發現,性別與自尊的交互作用的確會對於個人-工作契合度產生顯著的影響效果,且女性的自尊對需求-供給契合度與需要-能力契合度的影響力均高於男性。

Solider and police are the two occupations which have most male characteristic. These two occupations are occupied by men from before. Nowaday, there are more female want to join these two occupations. Since woman is not the same with the societal expectation, they would meet more difficult task and challenge during the job. We wonder the interact of gender and self-esteem would have significant effect on the person-job fit. In this study, we survey 103 police and 155 soliders. The result indicates that the interaction between gender and self-esteem have the strong effect on the need-supply fit and demand-ability fit in the women.
