本研究采類實驗性研究設計(quasi-experimental study design),其目的在探討母嬰配對護理模式(mother-baby dyad care)在臨床實施之護理成效。 以八十年三月至五月間,某醫學中心住院生產後之產婦三十二人,依志願是否接受母嬰同室護理分組為實驗組與控制組。以事前事後問卷收集資料,應用t檢定、配對t檢定及共變數分析(ANCOVA)進行資料的統計與分析。結果顯示:接受母嬰同室護理的產婦在其母育能力與滿意度上,均有顯著的差异性。 同時,以七十九年五月至八十年五月間在產後病房及嬰兒房工作三十位護理人員,依是否參與執行母嬰同室護理模式,而分組為實驗組與控制組。經事前事後問卷測試,以配對t檢定及共變數進行資料統計與分析。結果顯示:執行過母嬰同室護理模式的護理人員,在工作能力、工作滿意度以及所提供之照顧品質上均有較高的評價。 由研究結果足見母嬰同室護理模式,在臨床實施上的護理成交是可以受到肯定與推廣的。
This is a quasi-experimental design study. Its purpose is to explore nursing care efficacy in the implementation of mother-baby dayd care. Eighty-five and 175 postpartum women formed rooming_in (study) and non-rooming_in (control) groups respectively. Their self-care and baby care skills (maternal competence), satisfaction from nursing care (maternal satisfaction) were evaluated and compared. Based on practicing with two kinds of nursing models, 21 and 15 nurses were divided to study and control groups. Data regarding job competence, job satisfaction, and quality of care were collected simultaneously. Resulting data indicated that the scores in maternal competence and satisfaction were highter within rooming_in care (p<OO1). Job satisfaction and nursing care quality of nurses were significantly improved (p<O.O5). In conclusion, maternal competence and satisfaction, as well as nurses job competence, satisfaction and quality of care are significantly strengthened in the setting of mother-baby dyad care.
