本研究之目的在於探討新設計的衛教手冊“G-6-PD缺乏症怎麼辦”其內容對提昇個案父母認知程度之成效,幷進而比較配合電話諮詢後之效果,做為臨床應用之依據。 研究採凖實驗設計法,研究對象選自台南地區G-6-PD缺乏症黑心介中心之疑陽性個案父母,先給予傳統式衛教,待確認爲罹病案後再有系統地分派成二組,每組各三十名施以不同的護理指導方式,分別爲:(1)給予衛教手册,(2)衛教手册配合電話諮詢。研究工具採結構式自填問卷,內容包括(1)疾病知識,(2)對個案日常生活照顧注意事項,(3)遺傳知識等三方面。分別於護理指導前(傳統衛教後),護理指導後一週內及三個月後給予填寫問卷。 研究資料以百分比,配對t檢定及共變數分析(ANCOVA)統計,結果顯示:(1)不論使用衛教手册或衛教手册另電話諮詢均可有效的增進父母瞭解有關疾病及遺傳的知識。(2)比較使用衛教手册與衛教手册另電話諮詢二組間未呈現認識程度上之差異。 綜合結果可呈現此衛教手册可適用於臨床上提供個案父母完整的資訊,而對於遺傳方面知識之提供,需進一步評價諮詢之技巧及其輔助工具。
Based on previous study, a new educational brochure for parents who have G-6-PD deficiency infants was developed. To assess the effects of brochure and brochure plus telephone counseling to the G-6-PD deficiency parents in this quasi-experimental study, a total of 60 parents was assigned to two groups: a group receiving brochure, and a group receiving brochure plus telephone counseling. For clinical and ethical reasons, every parent received conventional counseling before participating in this study. Three self-administered questionnaires were mailed to the parents before, immediately following the receipt of the brochure and three months later respectively to evaluate their knowledge about G-6-PD deficiency, child care and knowledge of genetics. The findings show that both the brochure and brochure plus telephone counseling can improve parents' knowledge about G-6-PD deficiency and knowledge of genetics. No significant differences were found between the brochure group and brochure plus telephone counseling group.
