The 46-year-old male was a victim of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder. Radical cystectomy and a neobladder reconstruction, Studer pouch, were performed. The (superscript 99m)Tc-MDP whole-body bone scan after the operation showed significant accumulation of radiotracer in the right pelvis. The scintigraphic finding was thought to be stasis of radiolabeled urine in the Studer pouch.
