Testicular Necrosis Due to Inflammation-Should We Routinely Used SPECT?
因發炎造成睪丸壞死，是否需執行常規性單光子放射電腦斷層掃描？
摘要
兩位病患皆呈現出單側陰囊疼痛，臨床上合併有發炎之症狀。經施行睪丸閃爍造影檢查，顯示睪丸已壞死。兩位患者之平面影像似乎爲僞陰性，單光子放射電腦斷層掃描則爲真陽性。兩例患者亦經切除壞死側之睪丸。以往並無文獻報告證明睪丸壞死之平面閃爍影像爲偽陰性，但單光子放射電腦斷層掃描則爲真陽性。本文除呈現兩例閃爍造影之結果，並回顧閃爍造影及超音波影像方面有關陰囊疼痛之文獻。

Two patients presented with unilateral hemiscrotal pain associated with clinical signs of inflammation. Testicular scintigraphy for testicular necrosis in both revealed no definite photopenia demonstrated in affected testes on planar images but were clearly demonstrated on SPECT. Both underwent orchiectomy of the affected side and the pathology proved necrosis. The search of the literature shows no previous report of similar documented case. The scintigraphic findings of these two cases are presented and the literature of ultrasonography and scintigraphy for evaluation of scrotal pain is reviewed.
