近年來因PET/CT和SPECT/CT之日漸普及,核子醫學已由單純使用放射性物質,擴展至使用可發生游離輻射設備之領域。原能會爲確保醫療曝露的品質已於光前建置放射治療儀器及乳房X光機七項醫療曝露品保作業,相信日後電腦斷層掃描儀及核子醫學加入醫療曝露品保作業亦是無庸置疑。本文針對核醫輻射防護實務作業分成五個部份:核醫部門之設置(含中請許可、輻射防護管理組織及其計畫)、作業場所之劃分及所須配置、設備及物質之管理(含輻射偵測設備)、人員管理及意外事故安全處理程序與相關法規規定做連結,提供核醫新進輻防人員或對核醫輻射防護有興趣之同業人員一個基本的介紹,希望能增進大家對核醫輻射防護初步的了解。
In recent years, due to the growing popularity of PET/CT and SPECT/CT, nuclear medicine has extended from a simple use of radioactive substances to the field of ionizing radiation equipment. In order to ensure the quality of the medical exposure, Atomic Energy Council has built seven medical exposure quality assurance operations of radiation therapy equipment and breast x-ray machine. We believe that CT scanner and nuclear medicine to join quality assurance should be no doubt. In this paper, we divide the radiation protection practice of nuclear medicine into five parts: nuclear medicine department set (including application, radiation protection organization and their plans), workplace division and configuration, radiation equipment and material management (including radiation detection equipment), personnel management and procedures for safe handling of accident. We hope to provide a basic understanding for new nuclear medicine radiation protection personnel or the nuclear medicine staffs who are interested in radiation protection.
