丁烯液相氫化反應之研究

Studies on the Liquid Phase Hydrogenation of Butene Mixtures

摘要


本文為探討Pd/Al2O3觸媒,進行丁烯混合物液相氫化反應,相關操作變數之影響,包括(一)氫氣/烯烴之比例;(二)反應空間流速效應;(三)進料溫度及(四)進料之烯烴濃度,藉由上述參數之調整,瞭解丁烯混合物之氫化及異構化程度。本文模擬商業化工場之操作條件,且以工場提供之物流作為進料,實驗之測試以連續式絕熱固定床反應器進行氫化反應,由反應測試之數據顯示,欲進行丁烯混合物之全氫化反應,氫氣/烯烴之比例需≧12;反應空間流速需≦3.3hr-1,則整體丁烯混合物之轉化率可達99%,而進料溫度之改變對於觸媒催化活性影響不大,降低進料溫度為較佳之選擇,進料烯烴濃度增加則不利於丁烯混合物之氫化,其操作範圍儘量低於10%。

This study discloses the influence of operating conditions on the performance of Pd/A12 0 3 catalyst in the hydrogenation of butene mixtures. The main operating variables include H2/olefins ratio, space velocity, feed temperature and olefin feed concentration, which testing ranges are same as those of industrial plant. In this article, the experiments were conducted in the continuous adiabatic fixed-bed reactor, wherein the reactants being supplied from naphtha cracking plant. It was found that as H2/olefins ratio ≧1.0 and LHSV ≦3.3hr–1, the conversion of butenes reaches 99%. While the feed temperature fluctuation influences insignificantly on the activity of catalysts. Furthermore, the increase of butenes feed concentration is unfavorable in hydrogenation of butenes, the better operating range being less than 10%.
