石化工廠蒸汽管線保溫檢測深討-熱影像之應用

The Application of Infrared Thermography Technique in Steam Pipe Insulation Inspection

摘要


能耗成本是工廠操作成本效益上不可輕忽的一環。石化工廠內,因為流程操作之需求,蒸汽的需求量相當驚人,蒸汽管線能有效地保溫必能大大降低能源的耗損。然而要能迅速方便地檢測出保溫損壞點,才能避免此類無形的能耗損失,紅外線熱像技術提供了此類迅速有效的檢測方法。本文即為介紹紅外線熱像技術於檢測蒸汽管線保溫狀況之實例應用,文中並做進一步之管線保溫能耗分析,用以補足此項技術應用之完備性。

Saving energy is still playing an important role in controlling process plant costs, Preventing heat leakage from process equipment or steam pipes is one method to reduce energy consumption. In order to reach the goal, not only a proper insulation program, but a fast’ convenient and trustable technique is also needed to inspect the poor insulated area to be fixed. So, the article introduce the example of infrared thermography technique applied to steam pipe insulation inspection. Besides of discussing the parameter effect and skill, the heat loss analysis is done to integrate the application.
