摘要

完成API SL級車用機油新產品開發。所開發之API SL級新產品CPC_SL配方，具有較API SJ級產品更強韌的異相催化抗氧化能力與更好的清淨分散性，抗磨耗能力則與較好的API SJ級產品大約相當，揮發度則遠低於API SL的規範數值。使用省能源型的添加劑配方技術，產品黏度等級降到5W/30時，更可通過API SL/ILSAC GF-3的燃油經濟性引擎試驗Seq VIB之省油規範要求所開發之API SL級新產品，經潤滑油事業部命名為“國光牌9000SL車用機油10W/40”，順利取得API SL雙環認證，新產品於90年12月18、20、21日分別於高雄、台中、台北正式發表上市。

The new product API SL engine oil was developed. The APISL formulation CPC_SL is superior in heterogeneous catalytic anti-oxidation ability and detergency to the API SJ product. The wear protection of formulation CPC_SL is about equivalent to that of good API SJ products. The volatility of CPC_SL formulation is far below the API SL limit. Due to the use of fuel economy DI package technology in formulation, new product with 5W /30 viscosity grade can pass the API SL/ILSAC GF-3 fuel economy engine test seq. VIB.
By CPC Lube Division the developed CPC_SL new product was named “CPC 9000 SL Motor Oil 10W/40”. This new product had got the API SL license after applying for API SL approval, and was finally launched in market in Taiwan by Dec. 18, 2001.
