海管天然氣置換氮氣作業模擬分析及驗證

The Simulation, Analysis, and Practical Proofs of 238 km Subsea-pipeline Natural Gas Replacement Project

中油公司自永安到通宵之36吋海管工程在歷經千辛萬苦之後,硬體部份終於完成,並於民國九十一年三月進行天然氣置換氮氣作業。海管工程全長約238公里,為國內第一條沿海岸線鋪設於海床下一公尺之天然氣管線,其GAS-IN作業在國內也屬首次,因此負責本作業之永安液化天然氣廠格外謹慎,事先即詳細規劃作業流程,中油煉製研究所再依據永安液化天然氣廠所提供之海管GAS-IN流程、相關管線尺寸、長度、粗糙度、天然氣溫度及其組成成份,以及調壓閥之技術資料,利用模擬分析軟體建立GAS-IN流程模擬分析系統,在各種不同海管進氣壓力下,分析海管系統之管段溫度、壓力、天然氣及氮氣量之變化、通宵排放塔上下游之天然氣排放速度、流率、排放塔氣體累積排放量及排放時間,依據分析結果建議永安廠最佳之海管進氣壓力及GAS-IN作業時段。永安廠GAS-IN作業順利完成後,煉製研究所再依實際操作數據進行驗證分析,計算出排放時間約為15小時20分,與實際置換時間為上午06:20至21:09結束,共14小時49分,約差半小時,由於模擬分析數據與實際操作值誤差很小,對投入本研究之同仁具有相當之鼓舞作用,更由於現場與研究部門的密切配合而提升整體GAS-IN作業效率。

After much effort, the 36-inch subsea-pipeline from Yung-An to Tung-Hsiao has reached its hardware completion and has conducted natural gas-Nitrogen replacement in March 2002. The total length of subsea-pipeline is about 238 km. The pipeline was paved one meter on an average below the sea bed and 15 kilometers offshore along the west coast of Taiwan. Since the GAS-IN project is the first try-out in our country, Yung-An LNG receiving terminal, which took charge of this project, has paid high attention to this subsea-pipeline nitrogen replacement project by well planning and scheduling each detail operation procedures; And, CPC’s Refining & Manufacturing Research Center (RMRC) involved this project, by using data of size, length, characteristics of pipes, temperature of natural gas, constituents of natural gas, and technical information of pressure regulator provided by Yung-An LNG receiving terminal, to handle a GAS-IN process simulation. It analyzes the segmental temperature and pressure of pipes, NG and Nitrogen contents in subsea –pipeline, speed, flow rate, cumulative volume and ventilation time for the mixed gas at Tung-hsiao vent stack, and recommends the optimized gas-in pressure and processing time. After the GAS-IN project was accomplished, RMRC followed up the designed procedure and calculated the estimated time for the flare gas, which is 15 hr + 20 min; the actual replacement time was 14hours and 49 minutes in total. The deviation was about 30 minutes. This fairly satisfactory result has greatly cheered the devotees of this research project. And the close cooperation among researchers and engineers truly achieved a perfect success of the GAS-IN project.
