改進輸氣操作流程及調控海管流量以清理鐵粉之分析

摘要


本文分析中油公司36吋海底管線在施工完成後進行通PIG清管作業時,所遭遇輸氣調度操作的困難及鐵粉因素影響用戶用氣的問題,進而研究改進輸氣操作流程,並提出調控海管流量計劃,以時間換取操作空間,期能在維持品質及供氣穩定的前提下,持續有效進行清理鐵粉,以改善海管通PIG清管效果不佳之情況,其效益除避免海管通PIG清管時影響輸氣調度操作及電廠用戶用氣外,並可降低海管清管成本及徹底解決鐵粉問題。

After the completion of 36-inch undersea pipeline laid of CPC, the PIG cleaning operation is progressed. This paper is to analyze the difficulty of gas dispatching encountered and the problem which the rust factor affecting the end user during this period of time and further to study the improvement of gas dispatching workflow by proposing the plan of adjusting the flow of undersea pipeline. Utilizing the time in exchange of the operation space, and under the premise of providing the steady and good quality gas, proceed the efficient rust screening to improve the efficiency the PIG pipeline cleaning. It is anticipated the benefits of avoiding the affect of gas dispatching and power plant end users and reduces the cost of pipeline cleaning, and solves the rust problem totally.
