摘要


中油有五座媒組工場是生產汽油主要來源,媒組工場進料添加有機氣化物提高白金觸媒酸性與活性,在回收氫氣中含ppm級氣化氫會造成該工場與下游工場設備腐蝕、壓縮機損壞、塔槽阻塞、觸媒中毒、燃燒塔腐蝕穿孔…等問題,影響生產工場操作效能、設備腐蝕工安問題、甚至觸媒中毒造成工場停工問題。煉研所吸附劑小組協助各廠處處理與解決上述問題,執行情形與結果摘錄如下: 1.建議增設脫氯槽提昇氫氣應用價值,並避免設備腐蝕和觸媒中毒…等問題。 2.進行吸氣劑性能評估,提供性能優劣、規範訂定、性能驗收、壽命預估、工場問題解決(失效、粉末)…等技術。並選擇性能較佳吸氣劑使用壽命由6個月延長至18個月。 3.進行脫氯槽與吸氯劑性能測試與監測工作,確保氯化氫濃度符合規範(小於0.2ppm),可避免每年1,500kg氯化氫腐蝕問題,更避免HPU昂貴專利觸媒與吸附劑中毒問題,以及下游工場塔槽阻塞、腐蝕穿孔…等工安問題。 4.選擇性能佳且少綠油之吸氯劑,避免綠油造成觸媒中毒和工場停工問題。

Taiwan CPC Corporation production plants have five catalytic reformers which supply the important source of gasoline and aromatics components. In these processes organic chlorides must be added in the feedstock to promote the acidity of platinum catalysts for isomerization reactions. The drawback is the formation of HCl in the hydrogen stream. Even ppm level HCl in this stream causes equipments corrosion, compressors work out, tubes and vessels plug, flares pitting, catalysts poison, etc. These side-effects cause the safety and productivity problems of the plants. Therefore the HCl in the hydrogen stream must be minimized. The adsorbent research team of RMRC assists the plant staff to resolve the above problems. The executive results are summaried: 1. Make suggestions to install chloride absorber vessels in order to upgrade the hydrogen application value, meanwhile avoid equipment corrosion and catalyst poison. 2. Make evaluation of chloride adsorbent performance. Provide the technologies of making specifications, performance ranking, performance inspection and estimation, trouble shooting (loss of activity, powder generation). The catalyst life was extended from 6 months to 18 months due to selection of better performance adsorbent. 3. Continuous monitor the performance of adsorbent in the vessels in order to assurance of the outlet concentration of HCI in specification (<less than 0.2 vppm). This monitor may avoid (500 kg/y HCI corrosion problem, and avoid the poison of precious catalyst in the down stream hydrogen purification unit), the plug of vessel equipment pitting, industrial safety concerns. 4. Choice of good performance and nearly no green oil formation adsorbent to avoid the catalyst poisoned by green oil cause for shut down of the plant.
