圖控整合資訊技術應用於石化業煙囪連續自動監控系統

Application of Graphical HMI Integration Information Technology Applicable to Stack Continuous Emission Monitoring System in Petrochemical Industry

摘要


近年來國內環保意識抬頭,環保局針對空氣品質的管制日趨嚴格,大致針對石化工廠煙囪排放固定污染源的數據連續自動監控系統(CEMS)管理,例如氮氧化物(NOX)、硫氧化物(SOX)氧狀污染物、粒狀污染物、粒狀污染物不透光率、氧氣、溫度及流率等,如未依相關環保法令的要求,來執行操作管理監控,工廠將被強制勒令停爐或受開立罰單之虞,其損失將無法超乎想像。 本文實際以圖控整合資訊技術應用於中油石化事業部林園石化廠6支煙囪固定污染源連續自動監控系統(CEMS)上,所完成研究標的。現在可謂是一個整合的時代,採用圖控系統整合資訊技術,使用到石化業煙囪操作監控管理系統上,再藉由資訊的整合進行分析,其結果便能夠提供石化業在即時監控中,操作管理決策上的運用及降低不必要之損失,具有高度的可靠性及提高操作效率。

Due to awakening of environmental consciousness, the environmental regulations are very strict with air quality, especially promulgate Management & Control Act, ”Continuous Emission Monitoring System”, for stationary pollutant source. The following monitored items have been included. (1) Gas Pollutant: Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Sulfur Oxides (SOx) (2) Particulate Pollutant: particulate pollutant, opacity (3) Diluted gas: oxygen (O2) (4) Gas feature: Temperature, velocity If not complying with requirement of relevant laws to execute operation and management, the factory will be forced to suspend work or pay the penalty continuously. Consequently, factory would face an unpredictable and countless loss. This research is to study the integration of information technology with graphical HMI (Human Machine Interface) which is practically applicable to the continuous emission monitoring system of stationary source of 6 stacks located at Lin Yuan Petrochemical Plant, CPC Corporation, and the effects and efficiency after accomplishment. Nowadays, it is the age of information integration. We apply HMI information technology to the stack monitoring and management systems of petrochemical industry and then through information integration. All data and record could be analyzed. Real-time monitoring is provided the basis of spot action to operator. Historical record analysis are also provided an exercise of strategic decision for administrative department and then unnecessary loss could be avoided. The system is with high reliability and factory operation efficiency can be improved.
