摘要

晚近石油煉製和化工廠逐漸大型化，在轉動操作上的條件，如高溫、高壓、易腐蝕的環境，大有逐漸苛求的趨勢。因此使用的鋼材要求高品級而且無安全顧慮的優異材質，才能達到高效能銲接的成果。 拙編以雙向論述，即覆面鋼板製造過程細節和冶金學上的特性，以及各種重要的課題，均加以討論。例如銲接設計和銲後熱處理加工等對於壓力容器品管和信賴度之影響。 綜上各節所陳，均以筆者多年實際參予壓力容器製造和維修經驗為背景作。較有系統之介紹，讀者諸賢閱此文倘能稍得荃蹄之外，則尤為筆者所深幸也。

In recent years petroleum refinery and chemical plant become increasingly larger and those practical working conditions (temperature, pressure, corrosions, environments, etc.) also become very severe. Accordingly, the high grade qualities and securities (free from any weld defects) of metals were required for almost of welded joints.
In this paper, both the manufacturing procedure and the metallurgical characteristics of roll clad steel plate and several significant problems, such as design for welding, post-weld heat treatment, influence to the quality control and reliability of pressure vessels, have been described.
Above mentioned matters of fact are described on the basis of my experience and many years daily works. It would be appreciated if you would like to have any advantages from this study.
