煉油石化業不銹鋼設備材料裂紋問題探討

摘要


設備材料之破損,若以目視巨觀之特徵來分辨,基本上可粗分為腐蝕減薄或裂紋破裂兩類所引起。其損壞機制隨使用材料之種類、腐蝕因子、腐蝕環境而有所不同。本文主要針對石化煉油業設備、管線常用到之不銹鋼材料可能會面臨到之裂紋問題進行探討,並佐以一些破損實例加以說明,期有增達知識及經驗交流之效。

Refineries and chemical plants contain a diverse of processing units which each has its own combination aggressive process streams and temperature/pressure conditions. This article will discuss the issues which are encountered due to the stainless steels applied in refining and petrochemical equipment. More over, containing pictures of few failure cases, these cracking mechanisms and characteristics will be introduced to assist us in the recognition on these damages.
