重組重芳香烴油料之溴指數分佈探討

A Study on the Heavy Aromatic Reformate of the Bromine Index Distribution

摘要


生產混合二甲苯的轉烷化工場,其進料之一的重組重芳香烴油料C9^+先經活性白土處理再經重芳香烴塔去除C11&C11^+後,才能符合轉烷化進料不純物之限制,由於重組重芳香烴油料的溴指數高,白土塔的負荷頗重,為改善此一問題,擬對重組重芳香烴油料中之溴指數分佈進行分析。將重組重芳香烴油料置入蒸餾設備,以餾出體積分成9個餾份,將9個餾份樣品連同重組重芳香烴油料以GC分析組成,並逐一作溴指數量測,由資料研判大部份溴指數來自Indane、C11&C11^+及Non Aromatics等三成份。製程上若將重組重芳香烴油料先經重芳香烴塔除去C11&C11^+成份,再經白土處理,順序改變將減輕白土塔負荷,以本實驗為例可減輕37.64%負荷,有效降低更換白土的頻率。

Heavy aromatic C9^+ of reformate, one of many feeds for the transalkylation unit to produce mixed xylene, is treated first by clay, followed by the feed to heavy aromatic column to remove C11&C11^+ from distillate, which will meet the feed impurity specification of the transalkylation unit. Due to high bromine index of heavy aromatic C9^+ of reformate, the related clay treater load is heavy. In order to improve the problem, the bromine index distribution against boiling fraction in heavy aromatic of reformate is measured. The heavy aromatic of reformate is divided into 9 fractions by using a distillation apparatus. These fractions altogether with heavy aromatic of reformate were analyzed with GC for their composition and their bromine index. The analysis of the measurement data showed that the majority of bromine index comes from indane, C11&C11^+ and non aromatics. If the heavy aromatic of reformate is first fed to heavy aromatic column to remove C11&C11^+ in it and the distillate is clay treated before sent to the transalkylation unit, then the clay tower load will decrease by 37.64% according to the data from this experiment. It would be effective to reduce the replacement frequency of clay.
