科技的進步帶動了工業的發展，節能的趨勢要求、能源供應之變化以及環保要求之提升，對潤滑油市場和需求產生重大之影響，因此配合車輛引擎、傳動系統和工業機械等科技進步的變化，開發符合市場需求之潤滑油脂產品是本研究團隊之努力目標。為配合政府產業創新發展及潤滑油事業部的經營策略規劃，108－110年市場特殊需求產品設定以電動機車齒輪油、精密機械加工、機械手臂滑脂及風機專用齒輪油為市場開發目標。

Advances in science and technology have led to the development of industry, the trend of energy conservation, the change of energy supply and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, which have a major impact on the lubricant market and demand, and therefore cooperate with the changes in technological progress of vehicle engines, transmission systems and industrial machinery. It is the goal of the research team to develop lubricant products that meet market needs. In order to cope with the government's industrial innovation development and the business strategy planning of the Lubricant Business Division, the special demand products in the market within three years is set to target at the market with electric motor gear oil, precision machining, robotic arm grease and fan gear oil.
