台灣中油智慧綠能加油站-台南前鋒路站示範建置

摘要


台灣中油公司因應能源轉型與配合國家電動車政策,預計在全台加油站設置1000座充/換電設備,同時規劃將目前加油站業務進行轉型升級成「台灣中油智慧綠能加油站」,首座多元電力供應及儲能系統的智慧綠能加油示範站於台南市前鋒路加油站完成建置。在產能部分以分散式電力供應的概念進行場域設計,利用太陽能發電系統搭配利用天然氣為原料的燃料電池發電系統並結合台電電網做為多元電力供應來源。儲能系統則採用釩液流電池以及鈦酸鋰電池兩套儲能系統,配合能量管理系統的調控,進行加油站與電動機車充電樁的用電電力調節,達到智慧節能的效果。台南前鋒路智慧綠能示範站完整呈現的綠電在地產生、在地使用的理想,期望未來可以將此建置規畫推廣應用於智慧綠能社區,並利用智慧綠能加油站系統做為社區電力調控示範中心,搭配儲能系統的建立以及電動載具充電系統來進行社區電力調節,將社區所有的再生能源做最有效的應用,降低社區市電使用量,提供微電網電力管理服務。

In order to coordinate the policy for energy transition and developing electric vehicles, CPC intends to set up 1000 gas stations with battery charging and swapping facilities, and launch the Smart Green Gas Station Project in near future. The first Smart Green Gas Station designed with multiple power sources and energy storage system was demonstrated at Qianfeng Rd. Gas Station, Tainan. The energy sources on-site are based on distributed generation using natural gas feeding PEMFC system, roof-mounted PV system and Taipower supply system, while the vanadium redox battery system and lithium-titanate battery system are used for energy storage. To achieve the goal of energy conservation, the electricity is regulated by energy management system to meet the needs of gas station and battery charging service for electric vehicles. The model demonstrated in the gas station is expected to apply to the smart green community in the future. The smart green gas station will be served as power control center in the community. With establishing energy storage system and electric vehicle charging systems to provide micro-grid power management services, the community can utilize renewable energy efficiently to achieve the goal of energy saving.
