錦水礦區之打鹿頁岩構造型態及成因

Geometry and Origin of Talu Shale in Chinsui Field

摘要


苗栗錦水地區位於台灣西北部麓山帶,歷經多年之鑽探發現為一個油氣蘊藏豐富之氣田,然而此區主要斷層形貌尚未釐清,因此本研究蒐集錦水背斜鄰近不同年代施測與重處理的震測資料及井下資料,配合區域地質圖,重新解析此區域之地下構造,並從成果得出打鹿頁岩構造型態及可能成因。依據本研究所建立之打鹿頁岩構造圖推論,錦水背斜於卓蘭層沉積後,受到來自東南往西北方向的擠壓應力,五指山層或與其下之先五指山層因拱彎作用形成底滑褶皺或深部逆衝楔形體。並同時促使錦水西斷層與錦水軸部斷層的形成,而前一期構造形成的東西向之赤崎子斷層與老田寮斷層等正斷層,被錦水西斷層錯移。

The Chinsui Field of Miaoli is located in the NW Taiwan. After many years of drilling, it has been discovered as a rich gas field. However, the geometry of main fault in this area has not yet been clarified. Therefore, this study collected seismic lines, well data and regional geological map in the Chinsui anticline, and reinterpreted the underground structure of this area. And from the results, we can understand geometry and origin of Talu shale in Chinsui field. According to research results, the Chinsui anticline was formed after the deposition of the Cholan formation. The Wuchishan formation or the pre-Wuchishan formation may form detachment fold or deep thrust wedge due to buckling. At the same time, the Chinsui fault and the Chinsui axis fault were formed. The Chinsui west fault cuts the previously formed normal fault.
