摘要

動態環境地圖之發展，係針對環境之不斷改變及應用需求層次之提高，所設計的綜合環境地圖，用以確保環境之合理開發與有效管理之應用。

本研究係以動態環境地圖的設計理論及地理資訊系統的架構，建立動態環境地圖資料庫－以台北盆地爲例。並以本研究研發之地圖色彩分析系統(MCSAS)，應用於環境主題地圖之模擬分析，期能配合國土資訊系統之發展，以提供區域開發與環境保育之應用參考。

The development on dynamic environment map is a kind of synthetic environment map for application on reasonable development and effective management of environment.
The study is based on the design theory of dynamic environment map and the Structure of geographic information system (GIS) to build map database-The case study in Taipei basin. There for, in the study with the map color statistic analysis system (MESAS) apply to simulation analysis of environmental thematic map. This result will expect to match the development of land geographic information, and provide reference for regional development and environmental conservation.
