建立高解析度數位地形資料庫之研究-以陽明山地區為例

Establishment of Large Scale Topographic Database-A Case Study of Yang-min-shan, Taipei

摘要


本研究說明如何建置一個大比例尺高解析度之數位地形資料庫,以供製圖及空間分析使用,並選定有地緣之便的陽明山國公園為例。有關資料庫架構規劃、資料蒐集、使用者介面設計及空間和影像成果之運用等部份,均予深入討論。預期成果為建置陽明山地區數位地形資料庫及編印該區之地形影像圖集,將該地區地形圖、影像地圖及相關景點、交通、建物等資訊,完整蒐集記錄,建置於地理資訊系統資料庫中,以數位形式儲存管理,並以電腦3-D動畫形式展現。本計劃之成果對陽明山之地形研究,及提供環境災害、保育及地景規劃等相關學科做為研究之基礎資料,擴展及於有關地球科學之各種教學及研究使用。

This article presents a study case on the establishment of a large-scale topographic database for the Yang-ming-shan area which includes the Yang -min-shan national park located in the northern part of Taiwan. The basis of the database is the digital topographic of 1/1,000 scale consisting of layers of contours, drainage, roads, build up are and land uses. Cultral features related to scenery spots, transportation information, recreation facilities and attribute information for each individual building, are added up to the geo-referenced database. This database is further extended with correspondent satellite images and aerial photograph to facilitate the requirement of scientific simulation. The satellite images includes SPOT, Landsat and IKONOS, and aerial photography includes scanned black/white photo and color photos. Data are stored in a GIS environment with which various spatial operations can be conducted and consequently providing spatial decision support information. Maintenance and updating of the attribute data are carried out in a regular basis by public sectors. Examples applying these data for administrative purpose are demonstrated. The scientific contribution of this research obviously provides an important step in community level of the implementation of the Digital Earth configuration that may lead to a manageable and a sustainable planet of the Earth. The potential applications of this database need further investigation in the field of 3-D simulation, environmental protection and landscape planning.
