摘要

集集地震所形成之崩塌不論土石方數量及規模範圍皆極為龐大，雖引起社會大眾普遍重視並造成上下游鄰近地區居與不安，而經濟部水利處緊急採取各項因應措施於去年汛期間發揮防洪減災功效，並廣獲社會各界肯定，目前崩塌後形成之水潭及天然堆積土石尚無立即之危險，本文論述該計畫工程緊急措施處理過程，並就過去一年執行成效逐一檢討，以為未來加強工作與相關案例緊急處理之參考。

The landslide caused by 921 earthquake is significant in both the amount and scale. It has attracted public attention and put the people live around the effected areas in fear. Last flood season, the immediate measures taken by the Water Conservancy Agency (WCA) successfully prevented the inundation and mitigated hazard and obtained people's positive responses. For the present, the pond, the earth and the stones formed by the landslide are not in immediately dangerous status.This paper depicts how WCA dealt with the emergent damages due to the earthquake and in detail reviews the implementation of each project in the past year for the reference of further work of related projects in the future.
