FRP纖維筋混凝土在潛盾鏡面壁之應用

Application of FRP Reinforced Concrete for Shield Entrance Face

摘要


潛盾工法已成為目前都會區隧道工程施工常使用的方法之一,然其安全問題卻最常發生在潛盾機出發及到達階段之潛盾破鏡時,特別是因灌漿改良效果不佳所導致之漏水和漏砂等工程災害。FRP纖維筋混凝土的發展及其在潛盾鏡面壁之應用改變了傳統的潛盾施工作業,更降低潛盾出發及到達段的施工危險性,該工法在日本已有多年之成功經驗,值得引進至國內隧道工程中使用。本文將先概述傳統潛盾施工之作業流程,探討潛盾施工作業中影響安全之主要因素。其次提出FRP纖維筋混凝土之種類及材料特性,並針對其在潛盾隧道鏡面之應用情形進行說明。此外,本文亦將提出FRP纖維筋連續壁之設計流程及規範要求,並介紹高雄捷運某標案採用FRP纖維筋連續壁之施工案例供參考。

Shield tunneling has become one of the most common methods of tunneling in urban area. The failure of shield tunneling is often caused by poor grouting work at the entrance face of the departure or arrival shafts. The application of FRP reinforced concrete for shield entrance face not only improves the conventional procedure of tunneling but also diminishes the influence of grouting. In addition, it greatly increases the safety of construction during departure and arrival stages of tunneling. During recent years, there have been many successful applications of FRP reinforced concrete in Japan. Therefore, it is mature to introduce it into Taiwan.This paper briefly describes the conventional procedure of shield tunneling and outlines the factors that influence the safety most. The types and material properties of FRP reinforced concrete, as well as its application for shield entrance face are also discussed. Besides, the design requirements of slurry wall made of FRP reinforced concrete are also introduced in this paper. Finally, a realistic case in Kaohsiung MRT, which adopted FRP reinforced concrete for shield entrance face, is presented with photographs for reference.
