大學圖書館參考服務之評鑑

摘要

大學圖書館為支援大學的教學與研究活動，又被稱作為「大學的心臟」或「大學的頭腦」參考服務是圖書館讀者服務的第一線，參考服務評鑑可以衡量和評估各項參考服務質量和效益的過程和結果。本文就大學圖書館現有的參考服務提供那些服務、參考服務評鑑之意義及目的，及大學圖書館參考服務評鑑之重要性，來加以探討與說明。

The university libraries support teaching and research activities in universities and are referred to as ”the heart of university” or ”the brain of university”. Reference services are pivotal in evaluating the quality and efficiency of library services. This paper discusses current reference services available in university libraries and delineates the significance and goals of reference service evaluation.
