我國大學圖書館館員人格特質與職務選擇相關性之研究

A Correlative Study between Personality and Job Selection for Academic Librarian in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解當前我國大學圖書館館員的人格特質取向、職務選擇之相關因素、國內大學圖書館館員在職務選擇上之差異及大學圖書館館員人格特質取向與職務選擇之相關程度。本研究採用問卷調查法,以公私立大學圖書館館員為研究對象,藉由研究結果之呈現,以期做為大學圖書館人力資源管理在遴選人才、培育人才、運用人才與留住人才時之參考與建議。

The purpose of this study aims to investigate the personality traits of academic librarians in Taiwan, to examine the contributing factors in their job selection, and to explore the correlations between these two aspects. The research data are collected through an adoption of the method of questionnaire-survey, whose informants are composed of librarians from a number of universities. The revealed results of this study may provide beneficial suggestions on human resource management for academic libraries in Taiwan.
