Homer's Syndrome: A Rare Complication of Central Venous Cannulation
中央靜脈插管造成Horner氏症候群：病例報告
摘要
中央靜脈插管可能會引姿的合併症有很多，但是神經傷害卻很少碰到。我們要報告一位病息因為接受內頸靜脈插管而造成Horner氏症候群，並討論其發生的解剖及病理機轉。

The oculosympathetic nerve tract leaves the spinal cord through the central root of Ti, courses over the apex of the lung and comes into carotid sheath along the carotid arteries and internal jugular veins in the root of the neck. Trauma to the neck or surgical intervention in the neck or upper thoracic may damage this nerve tract. We report a case of iatrogenic, transient Homer's syndrome following cannulation of the right internal jugular vein.
