The study on Wu Yushan was a very concerned issue in the 20th century of the International academia. The Chinese scholars' on this research issue mainly displayed as academic continuity between Chen Yuan and Fang Hao. This paper is going to discuss Fang Hao's research on Wu Yushan and its achievement. There are 3 points in this paper, that is academic continuity, historical material criticisms and historical explanation.
