從權力平衡與聯盟理論看美蘇冷戰的形成

Re-discovering the Historical Roots of Cold War from the Perspective of Power of Balance and Alliance Theory

摘要

本文將從國際關係中現實主義下的權力平衡與聯盟理論作為分析二次大戰後美蘇冷戰起源的理論基礎，並從美蘇對戰後世界的認知與態度及其具體的政策，剖析美蘇冷戰產生結構性因素，從美蘇與對方的認知與政策著手，探討美蘇兩國在冷戰形成過程中的具體作為。並從聯盟的重組、現狀挑戰者、新成員的安全抉擇來觀察冷戰的形成．最後，本文希冀從現實主義中對於如何獲取和平的方法，分析究竟冷戰是美蘇雙方為了擊敗對方亦或是僅是為了獲致安全而在無意中出現的狀態？

This thesis will use the power of balance and the alliance theory from the realism in international relation perspective to analyze the origin of America-Russia Cold War after WW2. The work will also discuss the structural factors of the shaping of America-Russia Cold War, by going through the cognition and attitude of America and Russia after ww2 and it's concrete policies. Moreover, to observe the forming of Cold War by concerning the control factors (elements) of allies and enemies, the current rivals, and the safety choices of the new members. Last but not least, we wish to take a look of the ways of obtaining peace in realism perspective, to see if the true reasons behind the shaping of Cold War-is it the origin rivalrous between America and Russia? Or is it a natural state of seeking for the safety balance?
