摘要

輻射線廣泛應用於臨床醫療上，除用來治療病人疾病，但可對周遭的醫護人員產生慢性暴露危害，尤其是護理人員佔大多數；因此護理人員對X光輻射可能引起之各種傷害，多心存恐懼和焦慮，甚至採取十分排斥的態度。因此，若能灌輸正確的輻射線防護觀念及措施，對照顧病人自然而行。因此本研究乃針對中部某教學醫院138位臨床護理人員為研究對象，評估其對X光輻射防護的認知程度、面對X光輻射時所採取的態度及其吏用的防護行為以作為護理教育及在職前或在職教育之依據，期望提供正確的輻射防護觀念與行為，保障其臨床工作輻射暴露時的安全。

Human begings living in the world surrounded fully of radition been mentioned for a long time. There would be no magic finding as X-ray developing so quickly and spreading so broadly throughout the scientific world. As the report pronounced, 90% of radiation were used in medical field, especially the more application in the clinical care. Owing to more chance to contact the radiation, majority of nurses may feel anxious, and even reject to the closing care of patient. The knowledge, about attitude and behavior of facing radiation, may help nurses to have a good performance of radiation protection. The following research consisted of 138 nurses working in the medical teaching hospital of central section and helps us to correct information about the clinical workers, awareness of radiation protection and procedure to prevent the wrong protecting behavior were done. We hope that this paper will give teachers and pre-workers,to lessen the unnecessary fear of X-ray and to ensure the clinical workers' safety while they are in contact the radiation.
