護理人員背部及腿部及肩部肌肉骨骼傷害之相關因子研究

摘要

本研究目的在於瞭解國內護理人員在背部/腿部/肩部及上肢等三部位肌肉骨骼傷害之盛行率，並探討肌肉骨骼之症狀程度與各潛在危險因子間之相關性。以斷代研究法進行，並以自學症狀之問卷為調查工具，以分層抽樣法完成15家醫院714名在病房服務之護士。
結果顯示:受訪護理人員都有肌肉骨骼傷害之經驗且盛行率頗高，傷害部位中以背部最高（47.3%）、腿部次之（27.7%）、肩上肢部再次之（25%），約90%之受訪者認為工作姿勢及休息時間不足是造成傷害之原因，但症狀程度嚴重到會影響工作能力及曾就醫者之比例並不高。各部位之傷害程度均與工作姿勢之相關性最強，有運動習慣者其造成之傷害程度較輕微。此外背部尚與是否輪班工作有關;腿部與服務醫院層級、在職年資有關;肩上肢部亦與服務醫院層級有關。

The objectives of this cross-sectional study are to determine the site-specific prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms in the back, lower limbs, and shoulder among nurses, and to investigate the relation between these symptoms and various factors. A stratified sampling method and questionnaire survey was carried out in fifteen general hospitals in Taiwan. A total of 714 ward nurses completed with this questionnaire.
Results show that all respondents complain had musculoskeletal symptoms in her nursing career. The most frequent site of musculoskeletal symptoms appeared at back (47.3%), lower limbs (27.7%), and shoulder (25%). Most of respondents (about 90%) considered of working under awkward posture and lack of break were main reasons caused to musculoskeletal symptoms. For all three sites of symptoms degree revealed the strongest positive associations with work posture and native associations with had exercise habit. The back site symptoms had a positive relation with shift work. The lower limbs symptoms associated with employed hospital level and employed years. The shoulder symptoms associated with employed hospital level.
