醫護人員生物性危害：職業性肺結核病例報告

摘要

近年來醫療衛生的進步，生物科技發達，加上全民健康保險的推行，醫院相繼林立。相對的，感染性醫療廢棄物也跟著增加。假如醫療廢棄物和感染病房，管理不善，則可能會造成醫護人員及病患的生物性危害。本文將報告一病例，關於醫護人員在加護病房照顧重病患者，因重病患者患有開放性肺結核，導致醫護人員傳染到職業性肺結核。藉由報告本病例，以提醒各醫院對生物性危害的重視及預防，進而保護醫護人員的健康。

In recent years, rapid progress of medical care and biological technology; especially national health insurance carries out successfully. Many medical centers are also building in Taiwan. Because many medical centers are set, infectious medical waste also increase gradually. If‘management of infectious medical waste and infectious ward are poor, the medical personnel and patients will have a harm of biological infection. However, this article will present a case of biological infection about a nurse working in respiratory intensive care unit. She cared the patients of open pulmonary tuberculosis, then got occupational pulmonary tuberculosis. By this case report, it will remind the medical institutions to take care risk and prevention of biological harm, and further protect the medical personnel health.
