摘要

Dimethylformamide (DMF)為化學工廠及實驗室中被廣為使用之溶劑。DMF已知可經由皮膚、呼吸道及胃腸等途徑由人體吸收而引起肝細胞毒性，臨床上可能導致不同程度肝疾患。大部分之病例報告來自工廠可能暴露DMF之作業員，本文將提出一例建築工人因DMF暴露引致急性肝炎之病例報告，並探討工業安全衛生工作改進之道。

Dimethylformamide (DMF) is widely used as an organic solvent in the chemical industries and laboratories. DMF can be absorbed through the skin. Respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts and is one of numerous industrial chemicals that are known to induce hepatotoxicity and lead to various degrees of liver damage. Most of these reports involved assembling line workers in synthetic leather factories. We presented a contractual worker suffering from acute hepatitis induced by DMF and discussed the problem in improving of industry hygiene.
