摘要

電腦化的資料庫對許多領域在珍貴資料的蒐集、累積、彙整、統計、分析與行政管理、學術研究等之應用上具有龐大效益。藉由勞工健康檢查資料建立職場相關的「健康資料庫」可瞭解勞工個人與群體健康狀態，發現職業傷病或潛在慢性疾病的危險因子，並能監測疾病發生之趨勢，進而給予個人與群體適當的醫療衛生保健資訊，以預防職業傷病或慢性疾病的發生。「健康資料庫」對政府、事業單位雇主、勞工及醫療衛生保健人員而言，不論在短、中和長程的衛生政策、健康管理、疾病預防與學術研究等方面均具有相當的價值與貢獻。本文擬從「健康資料庫」的建構內容與項目、系統架構與規劃、職場衛生保健工作之應用等三方面，闡述如何建立健康資料庫與其對職場衛生保健的重要性。

It is a great benefit of health data collection, accumulation, analysis, management and study for a computerized and netlike health database on workplace population. We can examinate the health status of individuals or public, risk factors of chronic diseases or occupational diseases, and we also can evaluate the trend of diseases occurrence from the health database, and given the workers some appropriate medical suggestions to prevent chronic or occupational diseases. There have magnificent contributions of health database on health policy-making, health management, disease controlling and academic study.
