摘要

本篇文章主要是探討氣體中毒和其他造成組織器官中毒，以高壓氧治療所扮演的角色。以高壓氧治療氣體中毒色括：氨中毒、氯氣中毒、氰化物中毒、硫化氫中毒、一氧化碳中毒及苯中毒等；在此種會造成人員中毒的情況下，是無法有對照組的研究報告。在危急及嚴重的病患除了傳統的治療方式外，高壓氧治療是可被考慮的治療利器。1989 年Marzella曾使用高壓氧治療因毒性物質造成肝臟損傷的研究報告。高壓氧治療對於因毒性物質造成肝臟損傷，降低組織器官的水腫和增加氧氣分壓有明顯的成效。

This report deals mainly with the role of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) in the treatment of gases intoxication and several other tissue poisons. There are reports of the use of HBO in cases of gas intoxication including ammonia, chlorine gas, cyanide, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide(CO), benzene etc; in situations like this one cannot have controlled studies. In a critical case HBO should be considered as a supplement to conventional methods. 1989 Marzella have investigated the effect of HBO on liver damage caused by toxins. HBO was found to have a marked effect on toxic liver damage caused by toxins, reduced edema and increasing oxygen pressure in tissues or organs.
