陶瓷工人塵肺症個案調查及預防對策

摘要


某一陶瓷工人從事粉塵作業長達25年後,判定塵肺症,申請勞保殘廢給付。赴患者工作現場,進行環境測定,其可呼吸性粉塵濃度,介於0.145~0.362mg/m³,皆符合法令規範值。但因事業單位未依法進行作業環境測定及預防職業病健康檢查,致使早年作業現場、勞工健康檢查等已不可考。基於小規模工廠對於粉塵危害預防常予忽略,因此建議事業單位可從工程控制、行政管理及個人防護等方面著手,並確實落實作業環境測定及勞工定期健康檢查。

One technician of Ceramic Manufacturing, having worked in particles operation for 25 years and be diagnosed as pneumoconiosis patient, apply for Labor Insurance compensation. The survey focused on understanding and controlling risk factors in the work environment, the respirable particulate concentrations are between 0.145~0.362mg/m³, and all below the regulation of airborne concentrations. But the business unit ignored the airborne measurement and physical examination, there is no record particulate concentrations and labor physical examination results. So we suggest that the ceramic manufacturing to take advancements in engineering control, administration management and personal protection, to prevent possible occurrence of occupational disease.
