摘要

實驗室認證是對分析結果或分析方法之評估，其目的是保證其過程符合標準規定。實驗室品質管制主要目的為降低隨機性誤差及系統性誤差，提昇分析結果之精確度與準確度。品質管制包括內部品質管制與能力試驗，內部品質管制可控制分析之精確度，能力試驗可提昇分析之準確度。能力試驗為實驗室認證所規範，提昇檢驗醫學之水準，保證檢驗結果可靠性，提昇臨床醫療之品質與病患服務之品質。

The laboratory accreditation is to guarantee the standard and best provision of its process sign towards analyzing the valuation of result or analysis method. The main purpose of laboratory quality controls is to reduce the random error or systematic error, to promote the accuracy of analytical result with the accurate degree. The quality control includes the internal quality control and proficiency testing, the former can control the accuracy of analysis, the later can promote the analytical and accurate degree. The proficiency testing for the laboratory accreditation is to provide the standard method, to promote the quality of laboratory medicine, to guarantee the credibility of laboratory result, and to promote the quality of the clinical medical treatment and the clinical services of patient.
