作業標準化對手術室護理人員化學性傷害認知影響之研究

The Effects of Applied Standard Operation Procedure to Operating Room Nurse's Cognition of Chemical Injuries

摘要


在護理工作單位中以手術室使用的化學物質品項最多,如使用不當易造成工作人員化學性傷害。因此本研究之目的為探討1.手術室護理人員對化學性傷害之認知情形;2.手術室護理人員對化學危害防護措施之認知情形;3.介入作業標準化前後手術室護理人員對化學性傷害之認知程度影響。自2006年1月至2006年8月期間針對南部某區域教學醫院手術室護理人員進行問卷調查,研究期間發出問卷27份,回收26份(回收率96.3%)。結果發現手術室護理人員對化學性傷害之認知模糊程度由總平均1.40(±.48)降至1.22(±.46)。經由作業標準化的介入改善手術室護理人員對化學性傷害的認知程度及防護措施之認知,進而維護工作環境的安全。本研究結果可作為提升工作環境安全之作業標準化的參考。

The items of chemistry materials used by operating room most than any nursing units. It may caused chemical injuries to staffs if used do not appropriate. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition of operating room nurse's toward chemical injuries and protective procedure and the effects of applied standard operation procedure to nurse's cognition of chemical injuries. A purposive sample of 26 operating rooms nurses at a regional teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. Results shows that applied standard operation procedure to improve the cognition of chemical injuries and protection procedure. The result reveals it is important to standardized procedure to elevate safety in workplace.
