膽結石在脂肪肝患者的盛行率－北部一家醫學中心體檢中心經驗

Prevalence of Gallstone in Subjects with Fatty Liver-an Experience from an Northern Medical Center Health Rou-tine Checkups

摘要

背景：結石與脂肪肝都是目前肝膽腸胃系統常見的疾患，他們的危險因數非常的相似，所以二者的相關性值得我們加以研究。
方法與對象：我們回顧過去一年，由本院承接員工體格檢查的公司行號中接受腹部超音波檢查之受檢者，並排除B型肝炎與C型肝炎。加上員工體檢資料中，我們加以分析，以瞭解膽囊結石在脂肪肝患者的盛行率與特徵。
結果：總體檢人數為44576人，男性有24829位，佔55.7%。接受腹部超音波者有6996位元，佔15.7%。
膽結石的盛行卒，脂肪肝，男性，體重較重，以及年齡較長，膽固醇、三酸甘油酯上都是危險因數。在脂肪肝患者中，則發現與上述差異不大。
以多變數邏輯性迴歸分析卻發現年齡層、飯前血糖、體重與尿酸有差異。
結論：我們認為因為脂肪肝與膽結石的危險因數有高度的相關，分析結果二者確實有重要的相關性，在多項式邏輯斯迴歸統計後發現，年齡、體重、血糖以及尿酸有相關。

Background: Gallstone and fatty liver are most common disorder in the hepatic system. Interesting, they share many risk. We believe there is association between gallstone and fatty liver.
Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of routine health examination from those received abdominal ultrasound and without hepatitis B and hepatitis C. We try to unveil the association between those two disease entities.
Results: All 44576 person and 24829 men received routine checkup the year There 6996 person received abdominal ultrasonography (15.7%).
The prevalence of gallstone is high in the fatty liver, men, high body weigh and older, high sugar, high uric acid, high cholesterol and triglyceride.
By using the logical regression, we found that there is difference between gender, age sugar uric acid and body weight.
Conclusion: We suppose there is high association between fatty liver and gallstone. After adjusting by fatty liver, age, body weight and sugar and uric acid are still high associated with gallstone prevalence.
