個案報告:工作材料中不當含鉛而致工人體內鉛負荷增加

Case Report: Lead Poisoning due to Improper Lead Composition in Working Material

摘要


鉛危害暴露常見於許多工業環境,其中鉛粉製造業、鉛蓄電池製造業、電子零件製造業、塑膠安定劑製造業、鉛蓄廢電回收業等,都是鉛暴露的常見族群。本篇報告的三位個案皆為同一電子零件製造公司的機器保養員,其工作內容為清除電容燒附爐內部的殘渣,由燒附爐處理步驟的產品以及殘渣成分而言,理應不含有鉛的成份,因此不符合鉛危害之暴露環境。然而三位個案的血鉛濃度確實都超過正常標準(個案甲血鉛:49.9 ug/dl、個案乙血鉛:12.8 ug/dl、個案丙血鉛:10.8 ug/dl)。且經該公司調查之後發現,三位個案血鉛過高的原因,應該是其製程中使用的銅膏含有不應存在的鉛雜質所導致。調離工作後,個案的血鉛濃度有隨時間明顯下降。

Lead overexposure is a common problem in many industries, such as lead powder manufacturing industry, storage batteries manufacturing industry, electronic component manufacturing industry, plastic stabilizing agent manufacturing industry, waste lead-acid battery recycling industry. We report three cases who were working in the same MLCC manufacturing industry. Whose work is cleaning the waste of curing oven. The three workers were found elevated lead blood (Case1: blood lead 49.9 ug/dl, Case2: blood lead 12.8 ug/dl, Case2: blood lead 10.8 ug/dl), however the process of their work is lead free. After the investigation of that company, they found the cause of blood elevation is due to improper lead composition in the copper paste. The worker's Blood lead declined over time after transferring to other working position.
