Occupational Hernia: A Case Report and Literature Review

A hernia is defined as an abnormal protrusion of an organ or tissue through a defect in its surrounding walls. however, the occupational hernia has not been well investigated. A case of greengrocer with occupational hernia is reported in this article. We also review relevant literature on occupational hernia. Hopefully, it provides occupational physicians ways to early diagnose and manage occupational hernia.
