Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the rate of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia hyperglycemia; and obesity, using the data from regular health examination in a medical center.Methods: Using retrospective analysis, data was collected from 2003 to 2008.Results: The most common abnormal rate were hypercholesterolemia(39%), with male more often than female, and the more advanced age at statistical level.Conclusion: From 6-year follow-up data, we suggest monitoring the health status and showing the trend over three to five years from long-term perspective. Also, this study can offer warning for the employee to regular health examination and early detect disease followed by early therapy or program of health promotion.
